Cydcor Helps Healing the Santa Monica Bay

Cydcor is known as a leading company for marketing outsourcing and face to face sales. The sales and marketing outsourcing is available for many industries including telecommunication, merchant services, internet, financial services, and many more. Recently, this company collected 50 pounds of trash and other debris during a beach cleanup program by Heal the Bay which is an organization that focuses on improving the quality of Southern California coast. Cydcor is the first company that volunteers and dedicates time for the 2010 Heal the Bay.

Cydcor sends eighty office team members explore Zuma beach to clean it from items like plastic, Styrofoam, bottle caps, and other trashes. They work to clean the beach from waste. Besides the Heal the Bay service, Cydcor also helps the community for monetary donation to the organization. It reflects the company’s commitment to the benefits of the community. The constituent development manager of Heal the Bay stated that Cydcor has commitment to protect the ocean which is important to build awareness and generate funds to make the Southern California coast safe, healthy, and clean.

An example of community involvement of Cydcor is when they donated 27 large boxes of items to American soldiers via Any Soldier, Inc. It is an organization that helps American soldiers to get letters and packages from home. Meanwhile, in the previous year, Cydcor made a toy for Children’s Hospital in LA. They also donated groceries and hygiene products to help the 500 Sylmar families who are the victims of Sayre fire. They are committed to help people in the community. Cydcor involvement in Heal the Bay was fun and meaningful for the team members since they can give contribution to protect the marine life. Cydcor data management leader stated that he’s proud to be part of Cydcor with the passion for environment and contribution to the community.
